It’s Scottish Apprentice Week!
Scott (16) joined us directly from Buckie High School and is attending block training weeks in mechanical college in the central belt as he progresses to qualify as a PCV engineer.
Scott has enjoyed integrating into our workshop team and takes great pride in his work and learning. As a company we will be looking to build and develop Scott’s knowledge of our industry and our company’s policies and procedures. As our industry moves to NetZero coaching, Scott will also gain valuable knowledge within this field too.
Our company will, in the next few years, be looking to recruit our next Apprenticeships to our team. These positions will be either within operational, workshop or our admin departments, as all these functions are vital to our day to day business needs.
