Maynes Expand Training With Road Skills Online

Throughout all of our training courses we let the family-run aspect of our company shine through as our courses are developed and delivered internal training to all our staff to ensure the height of knowledge, understanding and expectations of the company are the core values of all our employees. Using our own personally delivered CPC courses is key, as well as delivering inductions, in-house training to our employees whilst also administering and monitoring the performance of all staff to see when additional training is necessary.

Joining up with Road Skills in 2024 continues our strive for excellence and allows us to design a bespoke e-learning platform and Professional Development Plan that has been designed to deliver consistent, relevant, and useful reminders to our drivers of the dos and don’ts of the job. Once a month our drivers will receive a 15-20 minute pre-made Toolbox Talk, consisting of an introduction to the subject and three key learning points, followed by a short interactive quiz designed to reinforce the points covered.

Maynes have been undertaking accredited in house training since 1993, and have won several awards as Coach Operator of the Year to underline their commitment to excellence. Our drivers have also been awarded on multiple occasions in various industry award ceremonies and others have also been given client awards and diplomas or excellence. The training of our drivers is meticulously planned to ensure the courses that each driver receives, is one they can each take something from.
